Small business owners and their leadership teams are busy and don't want to be tied into long-term contracts, so our solutions are designed to be flexible and highly focused. We can provide support in-person, or remotely for a more cost effective and flexible solution.

The first step is to understand where you need our support and to make sure it is something we can help with. To do this, we'll arrange a call with you and one of our Directors so we can run through where you are at, what you need support with and discuss how we can help - totally free and without obligation. After this call, we will propose some options.
Regular Meetings
To give you access to consulting support which is flexible most of our clients opt for video calls, one-to-one with their small business specialist. During these meetings we will work through your challenges, opportunities, any ongoing tasks or projects we are working on together. The frequency of meetings is dependent on the package you have chosen.
In-Between Meetings
You will keep in touch with your small business expert in-between meetings via email, WhatsApp and/or phone, depending on the package you have selected. Whether you have a question about the strategy we’re working on together, want to discuss an opportunity or challenge - or whether you want help with a task, we’re on hand to help.
