I am an award-winning entrepreneur who has started companies from scratch, acquired and merged companies, and been the CEO of a private equity-backed business. I’ve experienced the ups and – just as importantly – the downs of business and entrepreneurship. I've amassed significant experience working with business owners and CEOs to help build innovative and adaptive organisations - learning a huge amount on the journey.
I have been working with entrepreneurs since I was invited to be a Virgin Startup mentor about 10 years ago, before moving on to working privately with clients. I have experience working across the full business lifecycle from startup to national scale, private equity investment and exit.
I'm the Founder & MD of CJPI where we work with some of the most ambitious companies and household names to help them build and align their people and organisational strategies.
I underpin my 'lived' experience with formal qualifications in organisational change, and project management, as well as coaching and mentoring. I have worked with business mentoring and coaching clients across various industries for periods ranging from a few months to a few years. If you are scaling, navigating challenges, want to become a better leader, or thinking of exiting - let’s chat.
The first call is free to make sure there is a good fit on both sides. After that, it’s a commercial relationship with mutual commitment and accountability.
After our free introductory call, if you decide to move ahead, we will have an initial kickoff session so I can understand where things stand today. This will take 1 to 2 hours and will highlight the initial priorities we will focus on.
This is followed by video sessions at a frequency and duration you decide on - starting from one call per month. During our sessions, we will work through your challenges, growth opportunities and anything you need support with. We will also work on longer-term goals and objectives.
We'll also keep in touch between sessions to deal with anything which might come up that you need some quick input on - this can also be enhanced if required to include a more intensive support package.
All of our sessions are remote, one-to-one video calls.
Depending on the package you decide on, we will keep in touch in between calls via WhatsApp and/or via email.
I'm committed to the approach that I want clients to continue because they are getting results, not because they are forced to. That's why I offer this service on a simple 30-day rolling contract, giving you control to change, pause or cancel at any time.
