About Chris
Chris Percival is the Founder & Managing Director of CJPI and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership.
Under Chris' leadership, CJPI has earned a prominent reputation for delivering solutions to a diverse range of clients, aligning organisational and people strategies and collaborating with businesses and leaders to build high-performing teams, navigate growth and change, and mitigate risks.
Chris has amassed experience across the business lifecycle, from startup, scale (organic and through acquisition), private equity, and exit. He has considerable experience working with senior leaders to originate and execute strategies and build innovative and adaptive organisations.
Throughout his career, Chris has worked with clients ranging from ambitious SMEs to public sector organisations and some of the largest publicly listed businesses across a variety of industries.
Chris graduated from Oxford Brookes University with Distinction. He holds qualifications in PRINCE2 (Axelos), Change Management (APMG), and is certified in psychometric testing. He was appointed as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership in 2022 and has received recognition in various awards including the Lloyd’s Bank Enterprise Awards and is listed in the ’42 under 42′ by the Insider.

Chris is a proud supporter of a number of great charities, including a long-time supporter of Big Change charity and their Strive Challenge event series, as well a Trustee of the George Heath Foundation.
