Executive Search
Our Client
Our client was an NHS Primary Care provider. They had a requirement for a specialist manager to undertake a role spanning a multitude of business support functions, as well as data analysis and management.
The Role
The role was a comprehensive role covering all business support functions, as well as having ownership over how the provider uses data to monitor performance, manage quality and make decisions using data-driven decision making.
The Team
Our team was headed by our Search Director alongside a Senior Associate and overseen by our Managing Director.
The Solution
For this particularly hard-to-fill role, we combined targeted advertising and our active sourcing (headhunting) to generate a wide range of prospective candidates with transferrable skills and experiences. Due the nature of the role, we considered candidates with weighted experience across data as well as business support functional management. We utilised our ideal candidate profiling at longlisting stage to assess each candidates suitability against an 'ideal' benchmark before shortlisting candidates for final client interview.
The Result
We considered 206 candidates and held formal interviews with 30 candidates. Following initial assessments, we long listed 8 candidates for panel interview and assessment, and shortlisted 4 for final client interviews.
